Investigation

<<research>>

We should be diligent to search out and discover the truth (Eccl 7:25). Do not naively trust everything you are told, rather clarify the facts and analyze the information as what we believe and act on has an enormous effect (Act 17:11). This is particularly so regarding the issue of becoming a Christian and so “escaping from the wrath to come” (Mt 3:7). Luke painstakingly investigated everything, “so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught” (Lk 1:3,4).
