Intuition

<<perception>>

It is knowing or sensing without the use of rational processes – an impression instinctively gained without conscious reasoning or input from the five natural senses. There is both natural intuition and spiritual insight. Jesus knew their thoughts (Mt 12:25; Mk 2:8; Lk 5:22, 6:8).  The gifts of the Spirit include the word of knowledge and discerning of spirits whereby the Holy Spirit can reveal something that cannot be known or discerned by the natural mind (1 Cor 12:8-10).
